Letting Process and Fee's

Once you have found a property you will need to fill out a tenancy application form. Below is a list of fees during the rental process which clearly outlines charges that apply to your tenancy.

Tenancy Administration Fee
One individual	£150 + V.A.T
Each individual thereafter	£30 + V.A.T
Company Let	£200 + V.A.T

No property can be removed from the market unless we receive a full application form and administration fee.

At the beginning of the tenancy
Security/Dilapidation Deposit	1.5 times the monthly rent

Rent

Rent is payable in advance and it is the tenants responsibility to ensure the monthly rent is paid by standing order. Morris Armitage will not accept cash or credit cards for ongoing rent.

Over Payments

If the rent payments are received over and above that due and a refund is requested a £20.00 administration charge will be levied to cover additional work involved. It is the tenants responsibility to authorise their bank directly for any changes or cancellation of standing orders.

During your tenancy

If during the tenancy we are required to update or change a tenancy agreement including adding any additional individuals an administration fee of £30 plus V.A.T will apply.

End of the tenancy

The end of tenancy checkout charge, payable by the tenant is £50 plus V.A.T. and will be deducted from the Deposit. If it is necessary for Morris Armitage to revisit the property to arrange any remedial work further administration charges will be made against the Tenant.
