Tenant Fees:

Holding Deposit:

Equivalent to one weeks’ rent and will be used towards the full deposit. Please be aware if you withdraw from the property or fail referencing this holding
deposit is non-refundable. If the Landlord should withdraw funds will be refunded in full.

Deposit:

The deposit is equivalent to five weeks rent (less the holding deposit above) and is payable by cleared funds before collection of keys and tenancy starts. The
deposit is registered with a Tenancy Protection Scheme Insured Scheme. MORRISARMITAGE LTD use The Dispute Service.

Rent:
1 full month’s rent is also payable in advance with cleared funds before collection of keys and tenancy starts.
