Payments required for tenancy to commence and before release of keys:

Deposit:

Checkout:  There is a checkout fee at the end of the tenancy for Fully Managed Properties of £120.00 and this is deducted from the deposit.

Contract Renewal:  There is a renewal fee for contracts of £180.00 and this is non-refundable.

Card Payments:  There is a fee of 1% on debit card payments and a 3% charge on all credit card and international payments.
