Reference and Administration Fees for a new tenancy:

The following reference fees apply: -

Single Person - £300.00

A 2 person (joint application) £450.00. Each additional person over the age of 18- £150.00.

Company reference - £400.00

 

After payment of reference/administration fees the property will be removed from the market and referencing will commence. Should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason, these fees are non-refundable. If the landlord decides not to let the property for any reason other than non-receipt of satisfactory references all fees paid by the tenant/s will be refunded. All applications and negotiations are subject to contract, successful referencing and landlord approval.

 

Payments required for tenancy to commence and before release of keys:

Deposit:  The deposit is equivalent to one and a half months rent and is held with a Tenancy Protection Scheme.  Morris Armitage use The Dispute Service or The Deposit Protection Service. 

Checkout:  There is a checkout fee at the end of the tenancy for Fully Managed Properties of £150.00 and this is deducted from the deposit.

Contract Renewal:  There is a renewal fee for contracts of £180.00 and this is non-refundable.
