After payment of reference/administration fees the property will be removed from the market and referencing will commence. Should you decide not to proceed with the tenancy for any reason, these fees are non-refundable. If the landlord decides not to let the property for any reason other than non receipt of satisfactory references all fees paid by the tenant/s will be refunded. All applications and negotiations are subject to contract, successful referencing and landlord approval.
Payments required for tenancy to commence and before release of keys:

Deposit:
