Nick Plumb is an estate agent in Newmarket at Morris Armitage. He has been part of the team since 2007 and explains what it’s like to be Director at a company with such a great team ethos:

“I am responsible for the valuations of properties through the Newmarket and Burwell area. I take measurements and photographs of properties, undertake property inspections, negotiate offers and keep our vendors updated on the progression of sales. As a Director, I also contribute to the marketing and advertising of the business. We are all passionate about pushing the firm forward and continuing our impressive growth.

I spend a lot of time out of the office, inspecting and valuing properties, whilst still ensuring I am easily contactable by other clients. There is a huge amount of trust involved when families invite me into their homes and ask me to work on their behalf during a very stressful time. I work hard to support my clients and I am always proud to work with returning clients who want to trust us with this stressful period again.

We are a small team, which means working together is vital, and our team is professional, hardworking and focused on outstanding customer service. We work together well as a result of our team rapport and joint desire to achieve the same goals.
